ALL-100 常见问题解答 Q01 : ALL-100和ALL-11P3有什么不一样? A01 : ALL-100 是我们最新推出的编程器,集成通用和量产在一起. ALL-100的操作和ALL-11P3类似, 但ALL-100 内置USB2.0 接口,提供了高达480Mbit/sec的传输速度, 还有ALL100内置的MCU是 16bit/96MHz MCU, 性能更出色. Q02 : 我的电脑可以安装ALL-100吗? A02 : 目前,ALL-100支持下述操作系统: Windows 98 SE / ME / 2000 SP4 / XP SP1 / 2003 server 或更高版本, 同时支持更包括USB1.1 和 USB2.0.,其中USB2.0 性能更高. Q03 : Why doesn't ALL-100 work after installation? A03 : Under OS Win 2000, please make sure the system had been upgraded to SP4; under OS Win XP, please make sure the system had been upgraded to SP1. Q04 : What is the range of programming voltage offered by ALL-100? A04 : VCC: 1.8V~5V; VHH: 5V~12V; VOP: 9V~25V. Furthermore, the prog. voltage and I/O voltage are separated. Q05 : Does ALL-100 just program one device at a time? A05 : No! At present, ALL-100 can program 1 or 4 or 6 or 8 devices simultaneously with different module mounted. Q06 : What is the difference between Single Socket Module & Gang Module? A06 : Single Socket Module can only program one device at a time, but Gang Module can program 4 or 6 or 8 devices simultaneously. Q07 : Besides USB transmitting interface, does ALL-100 support other else? A07 : No! Currently ALL-100 only supports USB interface. Q08 : May I use the previous adapter to run ALL-100? A08 : Yes, most of the previous adapters still work well on ALL-100. Q09 : Does ALL-100 support ISP (in-circuit programming)? A09 : No, generally we don't recommend! Wired out to PCB from ALL-100 may cause power current insufficient. Q10 : What shall I do when the message "Module Error!" appears? A10 : It means the Module currently mounted on ALL-100 does not match the correct Module it should be used for ICs to be programmed. Please check for appropriate Module P/N. Q11 : Is one PC only able to connect to one set of ALL-100? A11 : No! One PC can connect to utmost 8 sets of ALL-100. Q12 : How can I identify each ALL-100 when several sets of them are connected to the same PC? A12 : The "SITE#" on rear panel of each programmer provides user to identify the order of programmer from #1 to #8 and the #number can not be repeated in the system. Q13 : Can each ALL-100 program different IC type when several sets of them are connected to the same PC? A13 : No! All of the connected programmers can only program the same IC type simultaneously. Q14 : My PC has USB port and the OS also had been upgraded, but ALL-100 still can't work. What shall I do? A14 : Various motherboards in the market have somewhat different feature and cause compatibility problem. So choose our identified PCI to USB2.0 Card or USB2.0 Hub to avoid the problem. Q15 : Does each pin built in ALL-100 provide the complete Pin Driver signals? A15 : Yes, each pin can provide 16 functional signals such as VCP, VHH, VOP, TTLHi, TTLLo, CAP, Oscillator, etc. Q16 : Can't find my desired IC Type from the device list. Does that mean it isn't supported? A16 : Mostly we are willing to support programming software for the new devices. Depending on chip complexity, usually it takes 2~3 weeks. The process can be shortened if customer can provide 8~10 samples for testing. In most cases, an existing adapter/converter can support new devices as well, but sometimes a new adapter is required. We try to cover a broad range of IC types into our device list; however, some devices may hardly be supported due to the complexity or less demand. Q17 : How to download programming file? A17 : 1. Download the complete set of programming file - ALL100.EXE2. Executing and unzipping the file ALL100.EXE, then executing the file SETUP.EXE.
